Shipping & Returns


While we hope you love all your “odd” items, we understand there may be a need to return some things. Please see below for details on our updated shipping & returns policy.


We accept returns within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. After 14 days, you will be issued store credit for your return. The item must be unused with tags affixed and include all original packaging. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for refund. Product marked down 40% or more will be eligible for store credit only. 

Store credit and exchanges will be accepted up to 30 days after purchase.

Customer can choose to process a return for store credit or to the original form of payment provided. Customers that opt for a refund will be charged a $10 flat shipping fee. No Shipping fee will be charged to customers that opt for store credit. Please allow up to 14 working days for your refund to process. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.


All items are eligible for return unless otherwise noted in the product description, so please pay special attention prior to placing your order. All customized and personalized products, such as monogramed napkins and/or bags, are included in this category and will not be accepted for a return or exchange.


If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect item, please snap a quick photo and contact us at with your photo and order number.


The shipping carrier chosen at the time of checkout is responsible for the delivery of your package. In the case of a lost package, it is the responsibility of the carrier and all inquiries must be directed to the carrier.


You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order that will include an order number, your selected shipping method, order details and ship-to address. Please confirm the address is correct as we are unable to reroute goods once they have been shipped.

Orders can take up to 3-4 business days to be processed and shipped. You will receive an email notifying you when your order has shipped that will include a tracking number. Please note that in some cases, your items may arrive in multiple shipments, but we will provide you with all tracking numbers.


Hey! We’re new here and working out all the ins and outs of international shipping. We hope to offer worldwide shipping soon, but for now we only ship within the US. If you are outside the US, email us at and we can provide a custom shipping quote on a case-by-case basis.


Applicable sales tax will be charged on merchandise total, where applicable. Taxes are calculated according to shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page.
